Problem:
I came across this recently wen trying to RDP to an SQL server and received the error: Unable to RDP to Virtual Machine: CredSSP Encryption Oracle Remediation.
Solution:
The solution was fairly simple, open your Local Group Policy Editor by executing gpedit.msc and browse to Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / Credentials Delegation in the left pane.
Change the Encryption Oracle Remediation policy to Enabled, and Protection Level to Vulnerable. Click OK and attempt the connection again, it should now work.
