Problem:
How do I update the Cluster Witness and UPD location for an RDS farm?
Solution:
Changing the UPD file location
Open Server Manager> Remote Desktop Services> Collections> Click the drop down where it says Tasks and click edit.
Here you can change the UPD location under User Profile Disks. Ensure users are logged out before changing.
Windows Cluster Witness Location
1. Open the Failover Cluster Manager> Right click on the cluster and click More Actions> Configure Cluster Quorum Settings
2. Click Select the quorum witness
3. Select Do not configure a quorum witness
4. Click Next
5. Click Finish. Its worth mentioning that this has no effect on the cluster.
6. Again select Configure Cluster Quorum Settings
7. Click Select the quorum witness
8. Select Configure a file share witness
9. Enter the new file share witness path
10. Click Next
11. Click Finish
12. Path is updated
