Problem:
How do you manually clear stuck iSCSI targets in Windows?
Delete the entries in:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\iSCSI\Discovery\Static Targets
Then launch Initiator, then click Refresh. They should be removed.
