The conventional built in pop-up blockers are unable to block pop-up windows for some sites. The issue is that a script is initiating every time you click on a certain area of the page. This seems most common with torrent sites such as rarbgtorrents.org and 1337x.to

Problem:
Every time I go into vCenter I am prompted to enable flash and after a Chrome update I can no longer save URLs I want to always allow flash for.
Problem:
When trying to use a Flash enabled site in Google Chrome you cannot add the site to the Allowed list under the content settings as the setting does not exist.
This is particularly annoying if you are trying to use vCenter in Chrome for example and you have to click to enable Flash every single time.
