Problem:
When trying to use a Flash enabled site in Google Chrome you cannot add the site to the Allowed list under the content settings as the setting does not exist.
This is particularly annoying if you are trying to use vCenter in Chrome for example and you have to click to enable Flash every single time.
Solution:
To fix this problem simply open Chrome and go to the address:
chrome://flags
Then search for and disable the following:
#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission
You will now have the option to add sites to the allowed list in Flash again.
