Now that Microsoft allow you to stream your Xbox One X to a Microsoft Windows 10 PC I thought I’d take it one step further and stream to my Windows 10 laptop over the internet. To stream from Xbox One X to Windows 10 there are a few prerequisites. Create an SSTP VPN Server in Windows Server 2016
I had already created an L2TP VPN server in Windows Server 2016 which worked great with my IOS devices but I found did not work so well with Windows 10. Therefore I created an SSTP VPN Server to access my devices via my home broadband connection (Sky Fibre). I found that this works perfectly with all my Windows 10 machines. The main difference between L2TP and SSTP is that for SSTP we need to use certificates. We will cover everything you need to get this up and running below.

Restore the Windows 10 Photo Viewer
This is just a quick post to inform you that if you cannot see or access the Windows Photo Viewer in Windows 10 that it is possible to restore it.
Sky Go Windows 10 “Something went wrong, try reinstalling the app”
It is no secret that Sky have an absolutely diabolical software development department. Over the years I have used Sky Go I have seen it devolve into the mess that it is now. It never really worked well with IE (why did we have to use IE anyway?!). Now it has it’s very own Windows 10 app it comes with the usual compliment of bugs. The error many of you will get is Something went wrong, try reinstalling the app. If you’re still having trouble, please contact our customer services team for help and quote the error code below to get things going again. Code 7005. It seems that Sky (bless them) are more than a little worried about us thieving customers pirating the material – that we er already paid for. To that end they have spent more time and money implementing Cisco VideoGuard (an anti-piracy app) than they did making the app a nice experience for us users.
